Important: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be canceled free of charge after 24 hours, as they are considered one-of-a-kind items.

The time of purchase is the reference point for the 24-hour window, which begins the moment your order is placed. For any cancellation request, we'll use the date and time of the first email you send us letting us know you'd like to cancel.
If we don't respond to your email right away, don't worry — what matters is the date and time of the first email you sent us.
